Noise for Obama
The other day I saw a sticker that said, Sarah Palin is really a man! First I laughed. Then I realized it was true and stopped laughing. It's so true...
Her performance at the debate was hilarious, not because she fucked up - unfortunately, she didn't too much - but because she just said whatever the hell she wanted with complete disregard to Gwen Ifill's questions. Not that Obama, McCain, or Biden really did either. Anyway, the way she went on about Reagan and shit reminded me of the time I had a party when Reagan died. That was fun, watching the funeral on TV and everything, all the people crying while I took another beer bong - I was still kind of young, and it's just, you know, so nostalgic looking back on it now.
We're getting closer and closer to Tuesday, Nov. 4th all the time, which I guess is, like, how time works. You don't have to vote for Obama or anything, just don't vote for McCain, because Barack could maybe win some states (even Texas, maybe) that the damn Dems don't usually win.
So vote for Ralph Nader or Ron Paul or Barack Obama or yourself or my mom or Paul Francis Gadd, please. I don't give a shit. Just not that old man who mumbles on about nonsense while everyone else is like, Man, what the hell is that old guy even talking about. It's pathetic.

A bunch of musicians started a website to support Obama, Noise for Obama. It's worth checking out; I wish they'd do more with it. That rad fucking illustration is by the man Brian Chippendale.
Eats Tapes
I'm going to see Eats Tapes on Saturday in San Francisco. It's going to be rowdy. They do all sorts of crazy looping and circuit bending shit. All sorts of things I don't fully understand but enjoy watching happen.
Apparently they've been a mainstay of the Bay Area psychedelic techno scene for quite a while. Their second full-length is called Dos Mutantes, which is pretty amazing in and of itself.
Check this shit out:
Pyrite Radio
I'm still working out some computer issues. It's an ongoing crisis. And I'm also busy with other things, like getting furniture for my barebones room in Oakland. So this is a totally lazy post. I apologize. But I've actually thought about doing this anyway, so.
This album is sort of legendary. When drone-lords Sleep recorded it, their label basically dropped them. But they released it as "Jerusalem" and then later as it's original name: "Dopesmoker." Although there is one other track on the vinyl, a live one, this is one track, for one hour (and three minutes, but hey, who's counting, right?). Heil.
C&C #27: Dopesmoker (YSI)
